What if Jacky is just possessed and used the demon's power to become a ghost to protect us. Maybe by beating Chikanere's pet, we might still free her and get rid of the demon at the same time." "You've seen her arm glow!" cursed Hot Rod, "Each time she saw that weird symble, her arm glowed and she fell into a trance! You told me that when Lucy mentioned to you that her eyes turned white! When we were in the mine, her eye had seem to vanish into blackness! It might have turned that way at the ruined shrine if I hadn't left the book at the ruins after getting it from the graveyard!" "But you are asking her to throw her life away in what will be a trap!" cursed Max, siding with Rock. "WILL YOU STOP THIS!" cried Jewels in anger, "I will do this! I'm not asking you to like it or not! I just need you to trust me." Suddenly, Chikanere's voice boomed "Have you decided your fate already?! I'm growing board of waiting for you to decided!" "Give us a minite!" retorted Hot Rod in fury. Then turning to Jewels, said in a calmer tone "I beleive in you, Jewels! Show that demon wacko that you're not going to bend down and cry at death's door. Show her that you'll kick down the door and take names." "You can do this Jewels." added Lucy, "I know that you'll pull through." "I don't like it!" snarled Rock as he folded his arms, "But it has to be done!" Zappy chirped in with encouragement. "It should be me to fight her pet!" cursed Max, turning his back, "But alsa, there isn't much we could do to aid you. I begruggingly leave my fate in your hands." Jewels shed a tear as she nodded. "Thank you guys.." she said as she moved towards the relics. As she bent down to pick them up, the relic suddenly shot up above her and started to swirl around her. Jewels was engulfed by a black cloud as the relic place themselves on her body. She could feel the relic's power flow into her body. Jewels closed her eyes for a moment before the cloud disapated. Long black gloves reached her sholders, where her normal gloves seemed to have melted away. Her black skirt had become longer and jagged. Her tube top had changed to a wide dark purple chevron that climbed over her sholders and lead to a black cape. Even her shoes had changed from running shoes to black heels. The others just stared at Jewels as she looked herself over. Jewels looked at the others and said darkly "Lets get this over with!"
